There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Futuro Cube USA Online Store:

·         You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

·         Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to Futuro Cube USA.  Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

·         Please notify Futuro Cube USA by email BEFORE shipping the product back. Any item shipped back without prior written notice to Futuro Cube USA will not be valid.

·         Please ensure that the item you're returning is in the original, unmarked packaging with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

·         Please note that Futuro Cube USA does not permit the return of the following products:

1.       Product that is custom-configured to your specifications

2.       Electronic Software Downloads

·         NOTE: Futuro Cube USA recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Futuro Cube USA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

·         Return address is 4266 Armand Drive, Concord, CA 94521. Shipping must be prepaid for all returned products.

·         Futuro Cube USA recommends that you include a packing list with your full name, email address, order number (if known) and return address written on it. 

·         Futuro Cube USA reserves the right to inspect returned product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Futuro Cube USA may not issue a refund.



·      If you canceled an order before it shipped, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.

·      If you canceled an order after it shipped, please email us and request a refund. Please refer to our return policy above.

·      If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the credit-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Note: Returned product is subject to a 10% restocking charge and shipping paid at purchase is nonrefundable.

·      If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact Futuro Cube USA by email. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and return the defective product.

·      Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

·      Product must be deemed defective by Futuro Cube USA Technical Support within 365 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.

·      Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Futuro Cube USA's expense. A Futuro Cube USA sales support representative will contact you with the replacement product delivery time.
